IMPORTANT! PAYPAL DELAYS

We are currently experiencing delays in processing Paypal payments in many currencies.

The reason for this is an ongoing problem with Paypal not properly processing bank transfers from Cint. In turn this has led to a lack of funds held in various currencies and therefore we have a backlog of overdue payments.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and are working hard to fix the problem as soon as possible.

An investigation with Paypal is currently ongoing but it is taking longer than we would like and we are aware that some members have been waiting a long time to get their rewards.

Therefore, we have returned the points for all pending Paypal transactions back to your account so you can choose another payment method if you prefer. We have also temporarily disabled the option to choose Paypal as a reward option.

What is a survey panel?

Survey Panels (or Research Panels) are made up of groups of people who are volunteer, and who have agreed to participate in surveys for market research, usually in exchange for a reward.

As a Yuzūni member, you get free access to the surveys we offer. By choosing to participate, you get rewards to thank you for your time and participation.

Who are we ?

We are a European company. We use the technical solution published by Cint, recognized worldwide for its reliability and security in order to offer you the best paid surveys online. This solution, founded in 1998 in Stockholm, Sweden, now has more than 100 million members in more than 115 countries.

The seriousness of an Investigation Panel is assessed on many criteria. Yuzūni ensures that the quality and your satisfaction is at the center of our attention. For this, the technical platform benefits from ISO 20252 certification (in Germany and Australia). This certification defines a level of requirement of the quality management system applicable to companies and professionals carrying out market studies. Finally, our technical platform solution adheres to the standards of the main professional organizations that regulate companies and market research professionals, such as ESOMAR.

Yuzūni’s seriousness is also defined by the clarity of the information that we make available to you. How to register ?

Select your country
Go to the page corresponding to your country of residence.
If you have chosen a country that is not for you, you will not be able to complete the registration process correctly. In addition, you will not be able to change country after registering. To change country, you will need to register again.
Tip : The IP address you use to register must match the country you want to register for.

Registration is quick and easy. You will need to provide some essential information to register.

  1. Create your profile – Complete the online form. Make sure to enter a valid email address. Save.
  2. Activate your user account from the confirmation email – A few moments after registering, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check the Spam box. Please follow the link to validate your email address. Once your email address has been validated, you can connect to your user account.
  3. Take surveys and get your rewards.

IMPORTANT – To be sure to complete the registration process correctly :

· Provide a valid email address and follow the confirmation link in the email we send you.
· Enable cookies in your browser. (see which cookies to allow)
· Use an internet connection that is in your country of residence.

And then ?

Once registered, log into your user account, and update your profile information to start receiving paid surveys and your rewards!

Trouble while registering

If you are unable to complete your registration, take a look at the possible causes and solutions:

  • You have completed the form, but then you have a message like “Access to this Panel is not allowed. “
    We perform a country level IP address check, so you may not be able to complete the registration process if we detect an inconsistency between the IP you are using to register and the country you have chosen. For example you cannot register for Belgium if you are connecting from UK.
    SOLUTION

    Make sure you have chosen the country corresponding to your country of usual residence, or use a corresponding IP.

  • You have completed the form, but you don’t see the confirmation message at the end. Nothing else is happening.
    For control reasons, we need to use cookies during the registration process. If you have disabled cookies in your browser, we cannot carry out these checks, and therefore we cannot confirm your registration.
    SOLUTION
    1. Make sure cookies are always enabled. If you do not want to enable them generally and permanently, you will need to specify that you allow cookies for Yuzūni domains.(see which cookies to allow)
    2. You can also check the following on the computer / tablet / smartphone you are using to connect:
      • Check that the ISP settings (your internet service provider) are not blocking access to our service.
      • Check that your browser is not blocking access to our service (for example blacklists, blocking rules or filtering).
      • Check that the extensions or plugins settings of your browser or operating system accept our service (for example ad or cookie blockers, or javascript or header redirection limiters, etc.).
      • Check that your anti-virus settings accept our service.
      • Check that your firewall settings accept our service.
      • Make sure you have added Yuzūni as a secure site in your browser.
      • Check that you enter the password paying attention to upper / lower case, the caps lock may remain disabled.

    If the problem persists, we recommend that you try using a different browser.

  • You have followed the steps, but you did not receive the confirmation email at the end.
    The email may take a little longer than usual to arrive, or an error may have occurred while entering your email.
    SOLUTION
    1. If you don’t see it in your inbox after 30min, check the Spam box.
    2. Make sure you’ve communicated the email address correctly – no spaces, accents, or typos.
    3. If it never arrives, you can request to receive it again. To do this, log in to your user account, an alert tells you that your registration is not verified, and offers you to receive the confirmation email again, click on the link and look in your inbox.

    If the problem persists, you may need to start the registration process again, or seek help from Support.

Geographical limitation

We use country level IP geolocation to determine if you are registering from the country you have chosen. We do this for several reasons, including:

  • to offer you surveys that suit you, and not waste your time on inquiries relating to products and services that do not concern you or that are only available in a country other than your own.
  • so as not to distort the results of the surveys, because culturally we do not all have the same references or the same tastes depending on the country.
  • for security reasons.
  • for tax reasons.

If you move to another country, you will need to re-register from that other country.

User account

Login

Go to the “Sign-in / My Account” section, identify yourself using your username (email and password).

Once logged in, you access your Yuzūni user account summary and other features.

Login troubles

  • You have lost or forgotten your login details
    If you no longer remember your login details or if you have any doubts about unauthorized use of your user account, you can cancel the old login details and generate new ones.
    SOLUTION
    Use the dedicated feature “Forgot your password?” », Or contact the Support Department for questions relating to your user account.
    NOTE : Wait until you receive the last service message containing your new password before making a new request, otherwise the password you receive may have been canceled in the meantime by your new request. Allow a few minutes to pass until you are sure you have received the last service message, and try again.
  • You have filled in the correct identifiers, but you are stuck on the login form, without being able to access your user account
    This usually happens if you have disabled cookies in your browser. The connection cannot be made because your browser refuses a cookie that we need to carry out security checks.
    SOLUTION
    1. Make sure cookies are always enabled. If you do not want to enable them generally and permanently, you will need to specify that you allow cookies for Yuzūni. (see which cookies to allow)
    2. You can also check the following on the computer / tablet / smartphone you are using to connect:

Your access credentials

Your login details are made up of the email address and password you have chosen.

  • Your email address must be real and accessible. If you have forgotten the email address that serves as your identifier or if this address is no longer accessible, please contact our Support Department stating your identity as entered in your profile (surname, first name, postal code, year of birth) as well as the email address you want to use for your user account.
  • Your password must be kept confidential. If you have forgotten your password or if it has been disclosed, use the dedicated “Forgot password?” On the login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address. Please make sure this is the correct address associated with your user account or it will not be recognized. This overrides your current password. You will receive a temporary link to reset your password and you will be able to log in again. We strongly suggest that you change your password once you are logged in.

Profile update

  1. Go to the “Connection / My Account” section.

  3. Once logged in, you access the summary of your user account and other features.
  4. Then select “Your profile”, then “Update your profile” to modify the basic information.
  5. Update the information you want to update (email, password, address, etc.), then validate.

To update all the other information relating to your personalized profile (household consumption, leisure activities, etc.), select the different categories in “Personalized profile”. A gauge indicates the level of detail of your personalized profile for each section.

Why update your profile?
The survey management algorithm relies on profile information to determine which surveys to send and to which profile. Regularly updating your profile allows the management algorithm to refine its work and send you a greater number of inquiries quickly, as well as inquiries that may be of more interest to you. Paid surveys are sent automatically when the system considers that your profile matches the constraints of the survey.

Change your email address

  1. Go to the “Connection / My Account” section.
  2. Identify yourself using your identifiers (email and password).
  3. Once logged in, you access the summary of your user account and other features.
  4. Then select “Your profile”, then “Update your profile” to modify the basic information.
  5. Under your email address, click on “Change your email address”, then enter your new email address in double entry for more security, and enter your current password, then validate.

It is taken into account immediately, you will be automatically disconnected from your user account, you will have to reconnect with your new identifiers.

Change your password

  1. Go to the “Connection / My Account” section.
  2. Identify yourself using your identifiers (email and password).
  3. Once logged in, you access the summary of your user account and other features.
  4. Then select “Your profile”, then “Update your profile” to modify the basic information.
  5. Under your password, click on “Change your password”, then enter your new password by double entry for more security, and enter your current password, then validate.

Cancel your account

You can choose to leave the Panel at any time. You can do this in one of the following ways:

  • From your user account
    1. Go to the “Connection / My Account” section.
    2. Identify yourself using your identifiers (email and password).
    3. Once logged in, you access the summary of your user account and other features.
    4. Then select “Your profile”, then “Update your profile” to modify the basic information.
    5. At the bottom, click on “Close account”, then enter your current password, then click on “Close account”.

    The taking into account is immediate, you will be automatically disconnected from your user account. You will no longer be able to access your user account. You will lose unclaimed rewards and those in process. You will no longer receive invitations to our paid surveys.

  • From survey invitations
    1. In the email notification of a new available survey, at the bottom choose the option “Leave Panel”.
    2. You are directed to a confirmation page, if you are absolutely certain of your choice, click on “Unsubscribe”.

    The taking into account is immediate, you will be automatically disconnected from your user account. You will no longer be able to access your user account. You will lose unclaimed rewards and those in process. You will no longer receive invitations to our paid surveys.

Inactive account

In order to keep Yuzūni as alive as possible, we may consider your user account to be abandoned if we detect prolonged inactivity (no connection, no response to our notifications, no participation in our surveys, error messages in return when sending our notifications to your address …).

It would be a shame not to participate and miss out on the rewards you can get. If you have chosen to subscribe to Yuzūni it is also to obtain rewards and earn money.

SOLUTION

You can indicate regular activity to us to prevent us from considering your user account as inactive. for example:

  • Participate regularly in the surveys sent to you by choosing “Yes, I participate”.
  • If you do not wish to participate in a survey, let us know by choosing “No, I decline”.
  • Log in at least once in the past 12 months to your Yuzūni user account.
  • Maintain a valid email address whose box does not return an error when you are sent invitations to participate in surveys.

Note : Beyond a reasonably long period, we may ask you to reactivate your account. Finally, we can terminate your user account. Please contact Support for questions regarding your user account.

Privacy / Safety

Phishing or related

Some crooks can pretend to be us or our partners in order to obtain private or even sensitive information, such as your identity, your access credentials, your bank details …

Money – Neither we, nor our technical service provider, will contact you (neither by email, nor by SMS, nor by phone) to ask you for money, or any banking information that you have not already provided in your profile. We never need your banking information.

Your password – You must never communicate your access identifiers. Neither to us nor to anyone else. Our system encrypts your password, only you can know it, by the way we don’t need to know your password to manage your user account.

Sometimes it may happen that you receive a spoofed email claiming to be from us, PayPal, or another known site. This is called “phishing” because the sender tries to “sin” your personal data. The goal is to trick you into having you click on a fake link or spoofed site, or fill out a fake questionnaire or login form, or by having you call a fake customer service number where they can collect and steal your personal information. or financial.

If you have replied in error to a phishing email and provided personal information, or if you believe that someone has used your user account without your permission, you should immediately change your password. You should also notify us immediately, or PayPal if it has made you believe you are Paypal or some other known name, in order to help protect yourself as much as possible.

Personal Data

We follow a strict privacy policy. We will not share, or sell, your personal information with third parties except with your prior consent.

Your answers during your participation in paid surveys are used for research purposes. Only global statistical data are shared anonymously and not by name (for example% of people answered answer 1 to question 23…).

Our technical platform is based on European legislation on the protection of personal data, which guarantees the respect and protection of your personal data. Manage cookies

Surveys

Participate in surveys

To take advantage of our paid surveys, you must register for free at Yuzūni.
Then update your profile regularly. And that’s about it !

Make sure to keep your email address valid to be notified of any new paid surveys available, or enable OpinionAPP notifications if you have it installed on your smartphone.

When you receive an email invitation to participate in a survey, choose “Yes, I participate”, then answer the questionnaire normally until the end.
If you have installed our OpinionAPP mobile application, you can participate in the paid survey as soon as a notification of a new available survey appears.

Because sampling can be reached quickly, you must be able to react quickly to participate in the survey.

If you are starting a survey, make sure you have enough time to complete it, as you will not be able to pause and resume later.

You are free to participate or not in all of our paid surveys. You can participate as often as you like. We do not apply any penalty if you do not wish to participate in our paid surveys.

The survey management algorithm uses profile information to determine which surveys to send and to which profile. Regularly updating your profile allows the survey management algorithm to refine its work and send you more surveys, as well as surveys that are more likely to interest you. Paid surveys are then sent to you automatically when the system considers that your profile best matches the constraints of the survey.

First survey

You should receive your first paid survey shortly after signing up, based on the information you provide. The survey will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered, or in our mobile application, if you have it installed on your smartphone.

Remember to update your profile to allow the management algorithm to refine its work and send you more inquiries quickly.

Conduct of a survey

To receive and participate in paid surveys you must be a member of Yuzūni.

When a new survey is available and it is likely to correspond to you, you will receive the invitation by email, or by notification in the mobile application. This is the survey management algorithm that estimates that you can potentially match a very defined group of people who are likely to give their opinion within the constraints of the survey.

This invitation contains a survey presentation sheet with information on the duration of the survey and the reward you can obtain.

You then choose to participate or not. If you do not wish to participate, you can ignore the invitation, or better, inform us by choosing “No, I decline”, this will prevent us from sending you unnecessary reminders.

The survey begins when you choose “Yes, I participate”. You access the survey questionnaire that you must complete as best as possible, in a measured time, without responding too quickly. The questionnaires vary in size and content.

Because sampling can be reached quickly, you must be able to react quickly to participate in the survey.
As you answer, the questionnaire changes, so it can be shortened compared to other participants.

The reward is established based on the characteristics of the questionnaire and your ability to complete the survey.
The responses are then processed statistically and aggregated anonymously for survey purposes. You will not know the results of the investigation.

Once your reward is awarded, it accumulates in your account, you can then request to receive compensation.

Frequency of surveys

The number of surveys you receive may vary depending on your profile (i.e. your gender, where you live, etc.), the level of details you have provided, and the needs of our partners. Normally, you should receive between 1 and 7 surveys, or more, per month. You are free to participate or not in all the surveys that are offered to you.

Fill in your profile as much as possible, this allows the survey management algorithm to refine its work and send you a greater number of surveys.

The paid surveys that we offer are very varied, and depend on the requests of our partners. The questionnaires vary in size and content. However, the survey management algorithm tries to provide you with surveys that best suit you based on your profile.

No surveys received

  • The survey management algorithm uses your profile information to determine which surveys to send to you. In the absence of relevant information, you risk being excluded from the surveys because they require a certain number of constraints (age, profession, lifestyle, etc.).

    Regularly updating your profile allows the survey management algorithm to refine its work and send you a greater number of surveys..

  • Paid surveys are automatically sent to your email address as entered in your account.
    SOLUTION

    Check that emails are not reaching the Spam box, and verify that your email address as entered in your account is valid. You can also install the OpinionAPP mobile application, for more user-friendliness and responsiveness.

Lost or deleted invitation for survey

Unfortunately, the system cannot generate a new invitation link for a paid survey because a unique code is generated by the sampling algorithm when invitations are sent.

SOLUTION

Install the OpinionAPP mobile application, for more user-friendliness and responsiveness, you will be able to access the available surveys more easily and you will no longer be able to delete the invitations by mistake.

Known difficulties

An error in a survey can occur for various reasons.

  • If you have disabled cookies in your browser, you will not be recognized as a registered participant when you reach the end of the survey. You will then receive an error message, and your participation will not be taken into account..
    SOLUTION

    Make sure cookies are always enabled. If you do not want to enable them generally and permanently, you will need to specify that you allow cookies for Yuzūni domains.

  • Surveys close automatically if you leave the questionnaire page inactive for a certain time (usually after 15 minutes). This happens for the sake of security and control. You will then receive an error message, and your participation will not be canceled..
    SOLUTION

    Make sure you have enough time when you start taking the survey. The invitation to take the survey tells you the estimated time to complete the survey.

  • You cannot put your participation in a survey on hold and resume it later. By leaving the survey page, your session is interrupted and you will not be able to resume the questionnaire. You will then receive an error message, and your participation will not be taken into account..
    SOLUTION

    Make sure you have enough time when you start taking the survey, and keep the survey page open.

Duplicate Questions

When taking a paid online survey, you may be asked the same question more than once, sometimes with nuances. This is a common technique in market research. First during the preselection phase (when the system seeks to refine your profile to see if it corresponds to the target of the survey), and then during the survey itself (when the system seeks to ensure your answers are relevant).

This technique may sound like an inconvenience or an error, but it is not, it is a normal process. Please be patient in this quality process.

This step has two objectives:
– Increase your chances of accessing the surveys that may suit you best.
– Provide better data to our partners who are looking for a certain group of people.

Participation not retained

You get a message telling you “Participation not retained”, that is to say that you are not selected for this survey, if during the first phase of the survey, and before letting you continue the survey, the Survey management algorithm detects an incompatibility of your profile with survey constraints. Usually this happens when he seeks to refine his targeting by asking you a few first questions because there is a lack of information on your profile (you have not provided enough information on your profile, for example).

You had received an invitation to participate in the survey because the survey management algorithm estimated that you could match the target of the survey based on the information it had. The first phase of the investigation tells him that your profile does not exactly match the target he is looking for. He then terminates your participation in this survey prematurely, so as not to waste your time.

This can also happen when we detect an incompatibility of your profile with the constraints of the survey, such as refusal of cookies, IP not corresponding to the country of your panel, other technical reasons.

As your participation is not selected, you do not receive any reward because the information is not counted.

Quota full

You get a message telling you “Full quota” if the survey management algorithm has obtained enough answers necessary to the constraints of the survey for a given target. To ensure that it has enough relevant responses for this survey, the system invites more people to participate than it actually needs, simply because not everyone wants to participate in the survey, and ‘there may be profiles that are also discarded at the start of the investigation. Also as soon as the system has obtained the number of responses necessary to the constraints of the survey, it then stops the participations so as not to waste your time.

This can happen before the start of the survey, which is normally indicated as closed, or sometimes at the start of the survey when certain survey criteria are met (e.g. 100% of people targeted between 40 and 50 years responded, or 100% of those targeted in Paris responded). Therefore, we encourage you to participate as soon as possible once you receive the survey invitation.

As your profile is not selected, you will not receive any reward because the information is not counted.

Survey Closed

An investigation is opened for a short period (generally 48 hours), then it is closed. To avoid this, be responsive to participate in the survey as soon as you receive the invitation or notification of a new available survey.
You cannot put your participation in a survey on hold and resume it later. This is the reason why some surveys close automatically if you leave the questionnaire page inactive for a certain time (usually after 15 minutes). This happens for the sake of security and control. To avoid this, make sure you have enough time in front of you when you start taking the survey.
You receive a message telling you “Survey closed”, ie you can no longer participate in this survey. In this case, you will not receive any reward because the information is not counted.

Survey successful

A survey is successful when you have been able to complete the questionnaire correctly, within the allotted time and your profile matched the constraints of the survey.
You will receive a message telling you “Survey successful”, ie you have completed the survey. In this case, your participation is registered, and you can benefit from the promised reward.

Survey declined

When you receive an invitation to participate in a survey, and you decide not to participate by choosing “No, I decline”, you receive a message indicating “Survey declined” confirming your choice. If you change your mind, you will no longer be able to participate in the survey because the system will no longer include you in the survey again.

Rewards program

When you participate in a successful survey, ie when you get a message telling you “Survey successful”, you can receive the promised reward as announced in the new survey available notification.

The value of the reward depends on the business policy of the partner initiating the survey, and the time spent participating in the survey. Generally, the longer the survey, the higher the reward.

To be more precise, the system calculates the value of the reward on a points basis, and assigns it a cash match in the currency of the country of the panel in which you are registered.

The promised reward is awarded to you after final processing of all the responses to the survey (processing of inconsistencies, de-duplication, dropouts, qualitative evaluation, etc.).

You can choose to convert your points into a reward according to what is offered (Availability varies depending on your country of registration): payment via PayPal, GCodes virtual gift code, Amazon Gift Certificate, or other.

Prerequisites to convert rewards

  1. You must still be a member of Yuzūni (active user account) to be eligible to convert your rewards.
  2. You must have accumulated a minimum reward balance on your user account in order to request the conversion.

Know your rewards balance

To find out your reward balance, as well as the minimum conversion threshold, log into your Yuzūni user account.

  1. Go to the “Connection / My Account” section.
  2. Identify yourself using your identifiers (email and password).
  3. Once logged in, you access the summary of your user account and other features.
  4. Then select “Your profile”, then “Redeem reward points”.

Know the history of your activity

To know your reward balance, as well as the minimum conversion threshold, log into your Yuzūni user account.

  1. Go to the “Connection / My Account” section.
  2. Identify yourself using your identifiers (email and password).
  3. Once logged in, you access the summary of your user account and other features.
  4. Then select “Your profile”, then “Redeem reward points”.

Request rewards conversion

If you have reached the minimum conversion threshold, you will be informed that you can request the conversion according to the conversion method you have chosen.

  1. Go to the “Connection / My Account” section
  2. Identify yourself using your login details (email and password)
  3. Once logged in, then select “Rewards”
  4. Click on “Use” then on “I accept”

Your conversion transaction will then change to a “pending” status in your recent activity history.
Once the conversion is processed and sent, the status will change to “successful”.

Conversions are carried out by entire tranche (equivalent to the minimum conversion threshold).
For example :
– Your current rewards balance: 98
– Minimum conversion threshold: 10
– You can then ask for 90 (9 * 10) in conversion. There will be 8 remaining in rewards, you will have to wait until you reach a minimum of 10 to request the final balance.

Rewards cancellation

The rewards are always granted on a temporary basis, because the final processing of all the responses to the survey may reveal errors (treatment of inconsistencies, de-duplication, dropouts, qualitative evaluation, etc.). In this case, some participations can be canceled, and therefore the rewards that were planned with. A line then appears with a negative value in your activity history, corresponding to the canceled value.
Here are some reasons for cancellation:

  • Inconsistent or inappropriate responses – After processing, the client initiating the survey can request the cancellation of an entry that they consider inappropriate for their survey. Unfortunately we are not aware of the case-by-case detail for each rejected response.
    – If the answers are incoherent, for example to red herring questions (principle of duplicate questions).
    – If the answers to open-ended questions contain inappropriate, incomprehensible, or inappropriate language for the question.
  • Questionnaire response speed – Each survey must be carried out with a response time considered normal (generally between 2 and 30 minutes). If you respond to the questionnaire within a timeframe that is not considered acceptable (more than an hour, for example, or too quickly), even though you have successfully completed a survey, your participation may be canceled.
  • Fraud cases – We reserve the right to void any rewards to anyone if we have reasonable doubts about probable fraud.

Converting to PayPal transfer

PayPal is an online wallet system that allows you to make payments online, and transfer money to your regular bank account, or to other funds online.

The email address associated with your Yuzūni user account must match that of your PayPal account.
If you do not have a PayPal account, or if your email address associated with your Yuzūni user account is different from that of your PayPal account, then a new PayPal account will be automatically created with your email address associated with your Yuzūni user account. . You will receive by email the instructions for using your new Paypal account.

Your money will be transferred to your Paypal account within 4 working days. To receive your money, you must log into your PayPal account within 28 days and confirm that you accept this payment.

Note that PayPal charges 2% for the transfer fee to your PayPal account. This is why there is a difference of a few cents between the amount of your payment request and the amount you receive in your Paypal account. These charges are beyond our control.

Payment not received

You can track the status of your request to convert your rewards from the activity history. When your request is validated and processed, you will see the status as “successful”, from this date you should receive your payment within 4 days in the case of a PayPal transfer. If you haven’t received anything:

  • Check that the payment is not blocked by PayPal in your PayPal account.
  • Check that the email address of your PayPal account matches that of your Yuzūni account.
    When making a payment request to PayPal, make sure you always have the same PayPal ID (your email) as your Yuzūni user account. It may happen that the payment does not arrive in your usual PayPal account, if you have changed your identifiers in the meantime and they are different between PayPal and your Yuzūni user account. Indeed, the system may automatically create a new PayPal account with your new email. Then check the existence of a PayPal account with this new identifier.
  • Check that the email did not arrive in your spam box.

Converting to an Amazon Gift Certificate

Amazon Gift Certificates allow you to pay for online purchases on the Amazon site, for products sold by Amazon directly or sold by third-party sellers offering their products on the Amazon site.

You receive the gift certificate by email to the email address associated with your Yuzūni user account. You will then need to save this gift voucher to your Amazon account.

Amazon may apply a validity period for its gift certificates. Amazon may apply restrictions on the use of its gift certificates, in particular limit their validity to the Amazon store corresponding to the country of issue of the gift certificate. For example, a gift certificate issued by Amazon France can only be used on the Amazon.fr site and not on other Amazon sites.
